Futsal Legends Reunite in Porec for the 2026 Futsal Week Legends Cup


Porec, Croatia - The coastal town of Porec will once again become the center of the futsal world next spring, as the Futsal Week Legends Cup starts from May 7 to 10, 2026. Hosted at the picturesque Valamar Hotels in Istria, this unique tournament brings together futsal icons aged 40 and above for four days of competition, camaraderie, and celebration of the game’s rich heritage.


A Stage for Futsal’s Veterans

Under the motto “Where Legends Return for Glory,” the Futsal Week Legends Cup is more than just a tournament, it’s a reunion of generations who helped shape the sport. Former national team players and club stars from across the world will don their boots once again to relive old rivalries, reconnect with teammates, and showcase that the passion for futsal never fades.

Daily schedules will feature matches between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., followed by the popular Futsal is Here Party in the evening, where players and fans can unwind and share stories that span decades of futsal history.


Categories and Recognition

The competition is divided into two age brackets 40+ (born 1974–1984) and 50+ (born in 1974 or earlier). In addition to the team trophies, individual honors will be awarded for Best Player, Best Goalkeeper, and Fair Play, recognizing excellence both on and off the court.

Set on Croatia’s Adriatic coast, the event offers a perfect mix of sport and leisure. With Porec’s sunny climate, turquoise waters, and lively summer atmosphere, participants will have the chance to combine futsal with a true holiday experience enjoying local hospitality, beach activities, and the spirit of unity that has always defined the Futsal Week community.
